When you enter your room, pay attention to the two buttons next to the door. One of them says "Do not disturb" and the other one  "Please clean up". When you press one of them, an Info sign lights up in front of your room door, letting us know when you don't want to be disturbed and when you want your room cleaned.

If you do not wish to be disturbed, please press the "Do not disturb" button located next to the door in your room.

In case you would like your room to be cleaned, please press the "Please clean up" button located next to the door in your room. If you press the button after our maids working time, your room will be cleaned the next day.

Note that if both buttons are pressed, your room will not be cleaned.

Bottled water is refilled in your room daily. In case you run out of water, you can use our water machines. They are located in the following locations: first floor in the Presiana building, first floor in the Roxana building, second floor in the Asmara building, Kosara bar.
