Upon leaving, the guest is obliged to return all key cards provided to him. There is a procedure to check the room, after which the guest can leave. - Accommodation of children:
According to hotel policy, all children over the age of 11.99 are considered adults and should be charged as such. In the absence of information or a wrongly made reservation, guests should pay for the additional person who will be in the room. - Payment:
Payment for your reservation is made at the reception, if it isn't made in advance. We accept payments by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro) or in cash (only in euro). The hotel has an ATM. Additional services will be charged to your room bill. You can pay for drinks at reception. We recommended to do the payment for your reservation at the check-in.
